Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Should a customer not be satisfied with their merchandise purchase from the burnieandchloe.com website, they may return the merchandise for a refund of the purchase price of the merchandise, plus any applicable taxes, to the customer’s original form of payment so long as the customer notifies burnieandchloe.com within thirty (30) days of purchase. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition; shipping fees will not be refunded. Customers must arrange for and cover the shipping costs of returned merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often an additional 2 – 3 days of processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@acmcoachinggroup.com and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
